TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RECRUITING DATA

A resume consists of any document you submit when applying to a job, distributing your resume, or seeking a resume critique.

REGISTRATION OF USERS

Our servers automatically gather information when you access the site, including your IP address, the type of browser you are using, the operating system you are using, the dates and times of your accesses, and the web pages you visited just before and just after the site. This data is utilized for service operation, service quality maintenance, and to compile aggregated usage statistics for the Riverleaf Technology website.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The Site may only be accessed and used for the purposes which are intended by us. This Site may not be used for any commercial purpose other than those expressly permitted or supported by us.

PAID SERVICES FOR RIVERLEAF TECHNOLOGY

Users can access some of the software and services provided by Riverleaf Technology by paying a fee. These additional terms and conditions are accepted by users who wish to use paid services. Riverleaf Technology has the right to alter, modify, or add services at any moment, as well as their associated costs. Any time prices change, the customer will be made aware of the change, and the new prices won't become effective until the following billing cycle.

Services are subject to taxes, which must be paid by the client. Before beginning paid services, the customer must submit their tax identification number and exemption certificate to Riverleaf Technology for examination if they are exempt from other applicable taxes.

Riverleaf Technology may cancel orders at any time. Order cancellations frequently occur as a result of pricing errors, inventory problems, or credit card payments that are rejected by the financial institution that issued the card.

Riverleaf Technology agrees to reimburse Customer for its reasonable costs, including attorney and collection agency fees, as necessary to collect payments and enforce its rights under this Agreement. All services subject to overdue or late payments shall bear interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate allowable by law on the unpaid balance.

Riverleaf Technology disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of applicant resumes, interview or work performance, suitability before or following hire, and will not take part in any discussions or negotiations regarding the hiring, promoting, disciplining, firing, or relocating of any applicant subsequently employed by the client.

The client may choose to use any assessment and resume-reviewing services provided by Riverleaf Technology, and Riverleaf Technology is not responsible for any errors, discrepancies, or misrepresentations. Pre-hire and formal assessments will not be offered unless specifically requested and paid for as an extra service. All assessment services do not include a thorough investigation of previous work, education, and background data.

The success of any of Riverleaf Technology's services in connection to the acquisition of a job or career progression cannot be guaranteed. Riverleaf Technology makes no assurances or promises regarding employment with its paid or free services. All services are provided solely for informational and general use.

JOB POSTING TERMS

The service that allows users to post jobs online is subject to the terms listed below.

Zero Refunds: Your job posting membership can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time. If you register for a free trial of a job posting service, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged. After payment has been made, we do not provide cancellation refunds.

Account suspension or termination may occur at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of Riverleaf Technology, its representatives, subsidiaries, or partners. Common causes include inappropriate use of the service, false statements made to prospective employees, fraud, abuse of free trial offers, and behavior that is against these terms or our privacy policy. There will be no reimbursement provided if your account is suspended or terminated, but your account will be deleted and no more charges will be made.

Payment Conditions: Some services have monthly automatic renewals. Payment is required for these services on the first day of the renewal cycle. Even in cases of inactivity or non-use of services, a pause in payment, such as a billing issue, does not absolve the customer of their need to pay the monthly cost.

WEBSITE TERMS SPECIFIC TO JOB MARKET PLATFORMS (RECRUITMENT SERVICES)

Additional Contracts: The terms in this section, "Terms related to Job Market Platform (Recruiting Services for Employers and Third Party)," are subject to change for all employers and third party Riverleaf Technology. The Privacy Policy and all other terms and conditions contained therein shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Riverleaf Technology acquires its employer clients, third-party partnerships, and company data and information with great care and expense. Users understand and agree that they will never use the access and information that is being supplied to them for competitive advantage or to share it with a third party for financial benefit.

Third-party Riverleaf Technology that utilize the services of Riverleaf Technology do so as independent contractors and free agents. No payment, reward, or services offered to users from Riverleaf Technology shall form or imply an employment relationship nor shall it form or imply any form of partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Candidate Selection: Riverleaf Technology reserves the right to delete, modify, alter, and/or reject any content submitted to Riverleaf Technology, including but not limited to candidate resumes.

Riverleaf Technology regularly communicates information from one-third party to another, such as when an employer communicates information about a candidate to Riverleaf Technology. However, Riverleaf Technology shall use commercially reasonable practices to communicate the information.

Riverleaf Technology regularly performs backups and implements security measures. Users are in charge of creating and maintaining their data, including client and applicant details. Users of a website should not be held accountable for the upkeep of user data or the maintenance of the website's service.

Riverleaf Technology maintains the right to selectively amend the conditions, in whole or in part, for certain clients. This includes but is not limited to changing the guarantee period. Additionally, the business may agree to terms and conditions with particular customers that differ from the provisions of the typical contract.

Riverleaf Technology verifies that job postings are current, of high quality, and updated frequently. We make no promises on the timeliness, accuracy, or other specifics of its job postings or client data.

Riverleaf Technology will replace an employee if they leave or are fired according to the Additional Contract. Employers must pay all outstanding invoices and termination of the Candidate must not be due to a decrease in the workforce, removal of position, or lack of work.

Riverleaf Technology reserves the right to terminate access to Riverleaf Technology for any reason with or without notice.

Riverleaf Technology is committed to ensuring that all applicants are afforded the same employment opportunities and does its best to keep tabs on how its users are using the site to find and hire new staff. We disclaim any liability and responsibility for the acts of our users. Employers, Riverleaf Technology, and anyone else making use of our employment services commit to abiding by all applicable regulations and policies.

THIRD-PARTY

Third-party Riverleaf Technology promise to get the necessary approvals from each candidate before sending their resumes to Riverleaf Technology. They are aware that, as a third-party Riverleaf Technology, they will be owed a certain sum based on a percentage of the overall (or "gross") placement charge if a placement fee is produced through the platform.

EMPLOYERS

The Riverleaf Technology may make available resumes and candidate profiles for examination in support of the employer's intention to locate, identify, and maybe hire Candidates as full-time workers. These applicants are referred to as "Candidates" and each is a "Candidate." An amount equal to 20% of the compensation is due to the Riverleaf Technology as a placement fee.

USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Site might invite you to engage in conversation, make contributions to or use other features like blogs, message boards, and forums. You are free to produce, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials. The Site's other users as well as third-party websites may be able to access contributions. Every identifiable individual in your Contributions has given you their written authorization, release, and/or approval.
